Procedure: Add Dispersun DSP-OL100, Permethyl 99A, and Hallbrite BHB to the main beaker and heat up to 50°C to melt the Dispersun DSP- OL100. Homogenize at 4000 rpm. Slowly add Enhance U-S to the main beaker and continue homogenizing at 4000 rpm for 20 minutes or until a homogenous dispersion is obtained. Move the oil phase to overhead mixed and continue mixing at 500-550 rpm using a prop blade. Add Gransurf 90 and SolAmaze® Natural solution to the oil phase and continue mixing. In a side beaker, add DI Water and slowly sift in Amaze® XT polymer under overhead stirring at 500-550 rpm. Care should be taken to ensure that it does not get aerated. Add Sodium Chloride once the Amaze® XT polymer is completely dispersed. Slowly add the water phase to the oil phase under overhead mixing and move to homogenizer. Homogenize the batch at 3500 rpm for 10 minutes at room temperature. After homogenization, move the batch to overhead mixing with sweep blade at 100 rpm. Add all ingredients of Phase D, one-by-one, and mix until homogenous.
