Procedure: Prepare phase A, mix until dissolved. Prepare phase B. Disperse Bentone into Dimethicone, followed by Cor-Sil Avance. Premix Phase C to form a paste. Place Phase B under Silverson at ~2500-3500rpm. Steadily pour in Phase A, ensuring it hits the homogeniser and is dispersed. Once added continue homogenising for a few minutes to ensure water droplets are thoroughly dispersed. Stir Phase C into the emulsion ensuring the end product is uniform. QC & pack.
