Procedure: In a beaker add water and start to mix. Add ingredients 2 to 5 (PART A), in order, to the batch with gentle mixing. Mix well between each addition. Adjust pH with citric acid to pH 3.3-3.7. Premix ingredients of PART C and add to the main batch. Mix until uniform. Fill immediately after homogenization. Procedure: In a clean beaker, add PHASE A ingredients and disperse slowly PemulenTM

EZ-4U polymer. Heat to 30-40°C to help solubilize the
preservative. Add PHASE B while mixing and start to cool down. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.5 with PHASE C. Ensure that the gel has no air bubbles. Add PHASE D while stirring very slowly (200-250rpm). Do not increase the speed in order to avoid emulsification. Add PHASE E and continue mixing very slowly until homogeneous.
