Procedure: Add phase A ingredients one at a time. Premix Calcium Sulfate Dihydrate and Glycerin. Add to Water while homogenizing. Add Phase B to Phase A very slowly. Mix until uniform. Add Phase C ingredients one by one. Mix until uniform. Using Phase D, adjust pH below 5.5. Properties: pH (23°C) 4.5 – 5.3 Viscosity (Brookfield; RVF; spindle 6; 10 rpm; 23°C) 35,000 – 45,000 mPa s
