Procedure: Phase A (80-85˚C): While heating the water disperse the VEEGUM HS and Xanthan gum into the water. When the temperature is reached homogenize 30 min. During the last 3 minutes of homogenization add preBIULIN C90. Add remaining ingredients of A. Phase B (70- 75˚C): Mix B while heating. Phase AB (80-85˚C): Add B to A. Homogenize 5 min at 10.000 rpm for 200g batch. Phase ABCD (RT): Cool down to RT and neutralize with D to pH 5-6.

Procedure: Phase A (RT/70-75˚C): Disperse Guar Gum into the cold water. pH of the water should be above 6,5. Mix 10 minutes. Adjust pH back to 5,0-5,5. Mix 30 minutes. Start heating up to 75-80°C, add RISOLINE TC, mix 40 minutes in this temperature. Add remaining ingredients of A one by one. Phase AB (75-80˚C): Melt B. Add B to A and homogenize 5 minutes 10.000 rpm for 200g batch. Cool down while mixing. Phase ABC (75-80˚C): Add C below 40°C and homogenise 1 min 10.000 rpm for 200g batch. Phase ABCD (RT): Add ingredients of D at room temperature.
