Procedure: Premix phase B. Add the premix B into A and mix until complete dispersion. Weight phase C and mix well between into AB. Add the phase D, E, F and mix well to obtain a uniform cream gel. Continue to mix and add the ingredients. Measure pH and adjust pH 4.
