Procedure: In the main beaker, weigh out Phase A. Add Phase B into Phase A and develop the gel under maximum stirring with rotor stator blender. Add Phase C into Phase AB and maintain under medium stirring until the product is homogeneous. Add Phase D into Phase ABC, increase agitation to emulsify. Keep under strong stirring for 10 minutes. Liposome suspension: Disperse SWT-7H in water first (F1). Add Pro-Lipo Neo in a separate beaker and add F1 and Superox-C AF. Mix for 20 minutes or until homogenous with toothed propeller. Switch to a tri-blade and use low to medium speed to create a vortex. Add Phase E and Phase F one by one. Add Phase G at the end. Properties: Aspect: Off-white fluid lotion Viscosity (Brookfield LV, 25°C, spindle 3, 6 rpm, 1 min): 7 180 cP pH: 5.00 - 6.00

Procedure: Heat A and C up to 75˚C. Add B (one by one) into A and keep under slow stirring for 5 minutes. Add C into AB. Keep under moderate agitation for 5 minutes. Add, D, E and F one by one. Increase stirring rate up to maximum stirring and maintain during 5 minutes to emulsify. Cool down under medium stirring below 30˚C. Prepare phase G: Add Neutrazen ™on Pro Lipo ™Neo, under mixing, and keep mixing for 20 minutes at 1200 rpm until a homogeneous yellow solution is obtained. The solution must not separate when the stirring is stopped. Add G into the formula. Add H one by one. Adjust the pH if necessary. Properties: Aspect: Thick off white cream Viscosity (Brookfield LV, spindle 4, 6 rpm, 1 min): 35 000 50 000 cP pH: 6.0-6.5 Preservative efficacy test: Pass
