Procedure: Combine phase A at room temperature until uniform. Heat phase A to 85-90°C. Add phase B one at a time until fully mixed, dissolved and uniform. Maintain temperature at 75-80°C. Cool the batch to 40°C. Adjust the pH of the batch as needed to 5.5-6.0 with citric acid. Add phase D ingredients one at a time. Cool to room temperature. Readjust pH if needed. Properties: Appearance: yellow /green liquid pH: 5.5-6.0 Viscosity: 600-1,000 cps
