The synergy between VIVAPUR® Easy and VIVASTAR®CS INSTANT Powder brings silicone like skin feel. In addition with a waxy agent it gives you access to this BLUR without using a silicone. Waxy-agent, the final formulation gives you the sensation of a silky blur without the need of using silicone.

Procedure: Make the lycerin +GXanthan premix from phase B, then add it to phase A and mix by stirring vigorously for 15 minutes. Add phase B by stirring gently then mix for 5 minutes by stirring vigorously. Add phase D and mix for 10 minutes by mixing gently. Make the emulsion by pouring phase E into the mixture then mix by stirring vigorously for 10 minutes. Then, add the Ingredients of phase F and mix for 5 minutes. Finally, adjust to pH 4.8 - 5.3 with phase G.


MATTIFYING LOOSE POWDER


A loose powder with a transparent finish, it can be used to fix make-up and mattify the skin. VIVAPUR® CS F9M is used as filler and absorbing agent. VIVAPUR® CS Sensory 51S is a sensory agent with soft focus properties, it is able to minimize skin imperfections. VITACEL® CS 5 Oat is a sensory agent.
