Procedure: Premix Vanzan Gum with Glycerin, then add them to the water. Mix until hydrate. Heat to 50oC. Add remaining ingredient of phase A. Add Phase B ingredients and mix well until uniform. Cool the batch to 40oC, add Phase C ingredients. Mix well until uniform.

Procedure: Add Sodium Alginate to the water and mix until fully hydrated. Premix Phase B and add to the water. Mix until uniform. Add Phase C ingredients individually and mix. Add NaOH to adjust pH to 5.0 – 5.5. Add Phase D and mix until uniform.
