Procedure: Weigh Part A and heat to around 75°C. Add Part B and mix well for 30 minutes with rotor-stator stirring. Weigh Part C and heat to around 75°C. Add Part C in Part A+B with high-speed helix stirring. Weigh Part D and mix well. Adjust pH to 6.00-6.20 with Part D when the temperature is below 45°C, stir well. Weigh and add Part E in previous part, mix well. Weigh Part F and add it in previous part, mix well. Weigh and add Part G, stir well. Properties: Appearance: Dark red fluid cream; pH: 6.10± 0.1; Viscosity: 60.000 cps ± 10% Sp.93, 2.5rpm, 1 min, 25°C, Brookfield DV-I Prime, Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 45°C and 1 month at 50°C, Centrifuge 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80ºC/+25ºC 24 hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C
