Procedure: Heat water of A1 to 75°C and disperse Jaguar HP-105 under high shear (2000-2500 rpm) for 15 min. Prepare premix A2 and add to A1 under moderate mixing for 10 min. Prepare A3 by dispersing Pullulan into water heated to 75°C. When A3 is homogeneous, add to A1+A2 and mix slowly for 10 min. Add A4 to A1+A2+A3 (N.B. phase A is not translucent) at 70°C and mix under high shear (2000-2500 rpm) until homogenization, then cool to 50°C. Prepare B and add to A at 50°C under high shear (2000-2500 rpm) for 15 min. Cool under moderate mixing, then below 40°C add C. Add D. Properties: Aspect: Fluid pink pearlescent emulsion, pH = 5.5 ± 0.5, Viscosity Brookfield RV (spindle A, speed 5): approx. 20 000 mPa.s after 24h
