Procedure: In a metal beaker,mix the ingredients A.1 to A.4 with a dispersing blade while heating up to 80°C. Add to batch ingredient A.5, stir until fully dispersed. Then add one after the other the ingredients A.6 to A.9 ensuring good homogeneity between each addition. Finally add A.10 and leave it under stirring until its complete incorporation (no more visible particles). In another beaker mix and heat together the ingredients of phase B up to 80°C using magnetic stirrer. Once both phases are homogeneous and at the right temperature add phase B into phase A. Add C.1 and C.2 just before the filling of the silicone molds. Leave them still for 5 minutes then place them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Properties: pH (1% sol): to 6,5-7,0. Appearance: Pink solid. Stability Test: 3 months at RT, 40°C and 50°C

Procedure: In a metal beaker weigh and melt the ingredient A.1 (95°C). In another beaker,weigh and mix the ingredients of phase B with a dispersing blade then heat up to 90°C. Then incorporate phase B into phase A under stirring. Once homogeneous add to batch the ingredients of phase C (premixed together). Then incorporate ingredients of phase D to batch and fill in the packaging at 90°C. Leave it still until its complete solidification. Properties: Appearance: White solid stick, Stability Test: 3 months at RT, 40°C and 50°C
