Procedure: In a main vessel, mix phase A and heat to 40-45°C. Once uniform, gently homogenize for 5 minutes. Continue mixing and heat to 70-75°C. In a separate vessel, mix and heat phase B to 70-75°C. At 70-75°C, add phase B to phase A under high propeller agitation. Homogenize for 5 minutes or until homogenous. Continue mixing and cool down to 60-65°C. In a separate vessel, mix phase C and heat to 60-65°C. Once Thein® MM is completely dissolved, add to phase A/B at 60-65°C. Cool down to 40-45°C, then add phase D. Cool down to ≤ 32°C and adjust pH, if needed. Properties: pH = 5.5-6.5, Viscosity LV4/12 = 10,000-15,000 cPs *This composition is covered by US Patent # 7,754,775 & European Patent # 1756077.

Procedure: In a main vessel, mix phase A and heat to 40-45°C. Once uniform, gently homogenize for 5 minutes. Continue mixing at 40-45°C. In a separate vessel, mix and heat phase B to 60-65°C. Once Flav’ential® 98PHL is completely dissolved, cool down to 40-45°C, then add to phase A. Add phase C ingredients. Cool down to ≤ 32°C and adjust pH, if needed. Properties: pH = 4-5, Viscosity LV4/12 = 10,000-15,000 cPs
