Procedure: In a clean beaker, weigh the ingredients of phase A and mix them under slow stirring until uniform. Then add phase B into batch under very slow stirring to avoid air trapping. Then add phase C (preheated to 50ºC to improve handling) into batch under slow stirring until homogeneous. Add the ingredient of phase D one by one waiting for homogeneity between each addition. Properties: Appearance: transparent Red oil gel. Viscosity (20°C,spindle 6 , 100 rpm): 1000-2000 mPa.s. Stability Test: 3 months at RT, 40°C and 50°C

Procedure: In a beaker, mix the ingredients of phase A together with a dispersing blade while heating up to 75°C. In another beaker, mix and heat the ingredients of phase B with magnetic stirrer up to 85°C. Add phase B into phase A under stirring. Mix C.1 and C.2 together then add this mix to C.3 and C.4. When homogeneous decrease the temperature to 70°C for the addition of phase C. Fill in the silicone molds at 70°C. Properties: Appearance: white solid. Stability Test: 3 months at RT, 40°C and 50°C
