Procedure: Phase A: weigh the components. Mix with propeller and heat at 80°C until you get a homogeneous phase. Add the phase B. Then add one after another the components of the phase C while checking the homogeneity after the addition of each component. Cool the product at 75-80°C. At 75°C-80°C, add one after another the components of the phase D. Pour in a tin – previously put in the oven at 50°C°, then cool at the ambient temperature during 10 min. Level off the excess of the product and place into the freezer during 25 min. Take it out and wait 2 min before pricking.
