This nourishing hand cream was developed for delicate, mature skin. Oil-based HallBrite® BHB works as an excellent powder dispersant. HallStar® Octyl Isononanoate is used to reduce tackiness and balance the sensory elements. Olivem® 2090 is this formula’s primary W/O emulsifier and gives the cream a nourishing after-feel. Olivem® 900 helps build a strong structure and enhances the cream’s richness. DIAM Oléoactif® reduces redness, and Eurol® WHT serves as an anti-dark spot agent. The Hands of Timeless delivers an in vitro SPF 15 and a CW of 370nm.
