Procedure: Part A: Add Fentacare® 2231MS I 90 into water and heat up to 70°C. When the temperature is reached, disperse Polycare® Split Therapy into the beaker with a vortex (600 rpm) and wait for 5 min. Part B: Weigh all ingredients and heat up to 70°C. Stop heating and add part B to A under vigorous mixing. Apply high shear stirring for a few minutes before the cooling step. Step 3: Reduce the stirring speed during the cooling phase and add the preservative under 40°C. Step 4: Adjust final pH between 3.5 - 4.5 with citric acid.

Procedure: Phase A : At room temperature, charge water, add the premix of Jaguar® C162 and C17 in the vortex at high shear rate for 5 min. Add citric acid to hydrate guars. Then start heating until 63°C, add Mackam® CB 35 ULS HP. At 63°C add Geropon® T77 PC MB in a vortex and stirr well. Decrease shear rate and add Cocamide MIPA and then Glycerin. After 30 min, cool down at low stirring and below 40°C add Mackanate® EL P, Mackaderm® LIA MB and Phenoxyethanol. In the meanwhile prepare phase E : Prepare a solution of Alkamuls® S6000 at 8% in water. Tare empty beaker + paddle stirrer. Charge the beaker water and start heating at 65°C. Charge with Alkamuls® S6000 and mix at 100 rpm. When the mixture is liquid and homogenous, keep on heating for 15 minutes. Then, stop heating and let the mixture under stirring until it comes back to 30°C. Add the required amount of water to fill water loss during the heating step. Then add the required amount of solution of Alkamuls® S6000 to adjust viscosity to the target. Adjust pH to 6.
