Procedure: Weigh in Glycerin and add Xanthan Gum while stirring until everything is dissolved. Add phase A1 and mix further 10 minutes before heating up to 75°C. Weigh in all raw materials from phase B under stirring and heat up to 75°C, stirr until homogeneous Add phase B to A/A1 while stirring and homogenize for 30 seconds at 7000 rpm. Cool down to 40°C, adjust the pH to 5.8 and add pha se C and D. Finally add BergaCare SmartLipids Ceramide (phase E) to the finished emulsion. Properties: pH = 5.8, Viscosity (24 h) = n.n.
