Procedure: Combine Phase A and homogenize. Add Phase B to phase A and homogenize for 15 minutes. Keep temperature below 20 °C using a cooling unit. Add Phase C and homogenize briefly until Ascorbic Acid is fully dispersed. Final viscosity will develop over time, but pour into container while still in liquid form.
