Procedure: Heat phase A & B separately at 80°C. Mix phases C and D together using a three roll mill or a high shear mixer. Add C+D to B while heating. Under rapid mixing, add B to A. Complete cooling and add E. Properties: pH: 6.60 (4.90), Viscosity (mPas, 30 sec, 10 rpm): 1,700 (880)

Procedure: Phase 1 - Loading: Into a beaker combine Omyacare and Omyadent and add GlucoTain Clear using the high shear mixer from Glatt. Mix it first for 5 minutes then for 10 minutes. Phase 2 - Blending: Add the rest of ingredients except Ligamed to the mixture and mix all together under agitation for 10 minutes using the Erweka Turbular mixer. Phase 2 - Blending: Blend the mixture with Ligamed and mix for 5 minutes. Phase 3 - Tabletting: Press the mixture on the tablet press Fette 1200i.
