Our dedicated personal care lab would like to take this opportunity to launch their complete routine for ethnic haircare.


The movement to embrace natural hair has exposed a gap in the market for certain hair types. The large variation in thickness, porosity, and curl patterns within ethnic hair types, means it is one that has been left behind in the market and as such poses an opportunity to bridge the equality gap in this area. Unique properties of these hair types include dryness; sebum from the scalp struggles to get down to the tips of the hair, brittleness; wherever the hair turns to make a curl is where there is a greater chance of breakage, growth; curly/kinky hair does grow, but the growth may not be visible and dry scalp; wearing protective hairstyles like weave wigs and extensions contribute to a dry itchy scalp.


Using a combination of our suppliers we have pulled together a selection of our best plant derived, COSMOS validated, naturally derived and most innovative ingredients to create problem solving formulations:


■ Free the Fro hair balm provides the hair with nutrition and enhances the hair strength and elasticity. It reduces dryness in curly to kinky textured hair leaving it feeling moisturised and defined for extended periods of time with no flaking or product build up.


■ The curltastic conditioning spray is a lightweight moisture locking solution that rehydrates, revitalizes, and reactivates the curl definition between washes promoting the hairs natural curl pattern for an extended period of time.


■ This “No to The Knots” oil blend protects and improves the hair fibres elasticity and flexibility as you detangle the hair. It therefor prevents breakage often associated with kinky to coily textured hair types. It penetrates deep into the hair fibres providing intense moisturisation to dry and wiry hair.


■ The dive deep shampoo is a clear gentle shampoo that deeply cleanses thick natural coils right down to the scalp without causing dryness. It’s filled with ingredients that condition and leave the hair and scalp feeling refreshed and hydrated.
