Procedure: Add materials for phase A one at a time and mix with propeller mixer until completely dissolved. Add phase B to phase A and mix until completely dispersed and uniformed. Add phase C ingredients to phase AB one at a time until completely dispersed. Pre-mix phase D at 30-35C until completely uniformed. Cool down phase D to 20-25C and add to phase ABC. Add phase E ingredients one at a time with continuous mixing until completely uniformed. Adjust pH in range 5.5 -6.5. Properties: pH: 5.5-6.5, Viscosity T-C@10rpm / 1min: 37 500 - 42 500
