Telegram being the first is a decision that’s been driven exclusively by gaming companies. Operators increasingly want to contact players via Telegram because they're well motivated to do so -many are dealing in crypto, looking for sports hits, and so on. Tey understand there's an audience there that they're able to reach and engage with, potentially even being users already.
