SiGMA Group Scaling New Heights


From Valletta, Dubai, Cape Town and São Paulo to Manila, Budapest and Sri Lanka, SiGMA is embarking on a world tour over the next 12 months. Founder Eman Pulis discusses delivering the best possible experience for delegates, exhibitors, and partners.


On a personal level, how do you reflect on your journey of turning a small, niche one-man show into a successful global media and events company?


What began as a small, niche event in Malta has grown into something that connects industries, cultures, and people from all over the world. I’m proud of how we’ve managed to maintain the heart of what we do— bringing people together and facilitating real impactful businesses—while scaling to this global level. What drives me is knowing that we’ve built something that not only serves the iGaming sector but has also diversified into emerging technologies, media, and philanthropy. Te key to it all has been staying adaptable, listening to what the market needs, and always pushing ourselves to innovate. It’s been a humbling experience, and the fact that we’ve done it with such a passionate team makes it all the more rewarding.


What unique qualities do SiGMA events bring to the packed global industry calendar?


SiGMA events are about the experience we create - it's about expanding your network, exchanging ideas, and creating memorable experiences. We blend innovative industry content with a festival-like atmosphere that encourages meaningful networking experience. We also make it a point to focus on emerging trends and cutting-edge technology, which keeps our conferences ahead of the curve. Beyond that, our global reach allows us to tailor each event to the local culture, ensuring relevance and authenticity wherever we go. Last year, SiGMA Europe relocated to the Mediterranean Maritime Hub. What's new and different this year?

Tis year, we’ve taken it even further by expanding the event space to accommodate overwhelming demand from the international iGaming community. We’ve added an additional 15,000 square metres of indoor and outdoor space, giving 27,000 delegates and over 1,000 exhibitors a networking space that spans an incredible 45,000 square metres. We’ve introduced some unique elements like outdoor exhibitions, additional parking zones, a brand new floor and doors, networking lounges, and a customised food court. All in all, we’re taking the event to new heights, both in scale and in the experience we offer.


From Africa and Asia to Europe and the Americas, how is SiGMA Group looking to enhance the scale and quality of its events in 2025 and beyond?


We’re growing our footprint in emerging markets, including South Asia, where we recently launched a new event for 2025. Te conference will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka and is expected to welcome over 5,000 delegates, including an expert-led speaker lineup featuring over 150 industry authorities - including government officials, regulators, and representatives from South Asia´s leading gaming and land-based brands. Te event is also aligned with the Affiliate World conference, allowing delegates to maximise their experience in South Asia.


Starting with SiGMA in Colombo on Monday, December 1st and Tuesday, December 2nd, operators or studios seeking traffic can then easily and quickly fly to Bangkok on Wednesday, December 3rd, just in time for the first day of Affiliate World on Tursday, December 4th. But it’s not just about expanding geographically — it’s about improving the experience at every event. We’re doubling down on efforts to ensure we continue to maintain the standards of excellence SiGMA has become known for - delivering the best possible experience for our delegates, exhibitors, and partners.
