Tere's definitely still a chance of a Rock & Brews on the Vegas Strip. We're not ready to announce anything right now though. We're looking at a couple of different areas and there is a

potential collaboration for Rock & Brews that would be really something special. So stay tuned in 2025. We hope to have an announcement forthcoming on that.

Rock & Brews Crazy Crazy Bites

Having carved out a successful partnership with multiple Tribal gaming operators in the US, Adam Goldberg, CEO of American themed-restaurant chain, Rock & Brews, describes the origins and trajectory of the business into 2025.

ADAM GOLDBERG CEO, Rock & Brews

Adam, what’s the background of Rock & Brews?

Rock & Brews has been around for 13 years, starting as brick and mortar freestanding large experiences. We launched in El Segundo, California, just outside of Los Angeles and south of Los Angeles Airport. Our second experience went into LAX Airport Terminal 5, adding another one later in Terminal 1. We then expanded across the US with further freestanding units.

We headed throughout California into Texas and Florida. We’re now in Wisconsin, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma. So we've made our way to 25 units, and what's been a really big area for us in our growth strategy, especially over the last three years, has been in the casino business and specifically working with Indian tribal casinos.

What's been the story for Rock & Brews specifically over the last 12 month period?

Not only do we have more than a handful of Rock & Brews locations in development right now, set to open in 2025, but in the last 12 months we have opened with the Forest County Potawatomi tribe in Milwaukee; a unit that has done extremely well in a beautiful new

facility, which is part of a major remodel. We then opened another with the Cowlitz Indian Tribe in Washington State, about 25 minutes outside of Portland. And then we continued with our opening in San Antonio, Texas. We also opened in Grapevine, Texas, just outside of Dallas

Additionally, and this is really exciting, we just broke ground in Wyandotte, Oklahoma, with the Eastern Shawnee tribe, which will be open in first the quarter of 2025. We also added an expansion to the Rock & Brews Casino, which is in Braman, Oklahoma, which is really exciting because the casino is doing exceptionally well. Tey expanded recently with a new room that'll hold up to 120 new slot machines and games.

Why have you been so successful in your partnerships with tribal gaming operators in the US?

In addition to operating casinos exceptionally well, tribal operators are looking for brands to accelerate experiences within the casino themselves. Some have their own F&B departments. Some look to outside franchise and license deals. For us, we can help the casinos offer the Rock & Brews concept to attract more people to the casino
