Meet the Team Gaming Laboratories International EMEA

NAME James Boje ROLE Managing Director GLI EMEIA START DATE WITH GLI April 2021 COUNTRY OF BIRTH South Africa COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE United Kingdom LANGUAGES Native Afrikaans speaker, fluent in English, and understanding of conversational Dutch REGIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Europe, Middle East, India & Africa EXPERTISE/BACKGROUND I have over 39 years of experience across several industries and gaming sectors including casinos, lotteries, manufacturing/distribution, as well as hospitality. I come from a technical background in electronics and started my career with Sun International, working as a technician on electromechanical slot machines (for those who still remember them) and repairing

schematics that stretch as far as several meters. I became one of the youngest slots managers at the age of 22 and never looked back. I have always been surrounded by great talent, and combined with my passion and drive, have kept delivering great results to customers globally. HOBBIES/INTERESTS I enjoy collecting Petroliana, monster cans, Marvel comics, and Lego technics. I’m a big fan of car boot sales and antique fares. WHY DID YOU JOIN GLI? COVID made me look at the world in a different light, and I decided to leave Aristocrat after six years and take a well-deserved break after years of strong and solid growth across the region. Having worked for some of the biggest manufacturers globally, operating lotteries, and coming from a casino background, it was a great pleasure when the opportunity arose to join the largest testing and certification company in our industry. I saw it as a challenge

to learn more, as you never stop learning in this great industry of ours. WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR ROLE? Te passion and drive of our industry! I enjoy the excitement every day of being able to help our customers grow and expand their business across the region and globally. For me, it’s the value and friendships I have been able to build and foster through strong relationships with our customers over the years. WHAT RESPONSIBILITIES DO YOU

HAVE IN YOUR ROLE? My daily function is a hybrid role blending “Sales and Marketing” with legal responsibility for all functions across the EMEIA region. Ultimately I have accountability for the business (P&L), customer satisfaction, and delivery in the region. WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES? Our world is moving at such a rapid pace, that meeting customer expectations are amongst our biggest challenges and delivering projects daily on time is the greatest feeling ever! Our industry is highly complex, and holding our customer’s hand through this journey is highly rewarding. We cherish the partnership we foster with our customers. WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING WITH CLIENTS? Understanding their needs helps deliver and meet their expectations. Everything we do at GLI is a global team effort in making sure we exceed the customers’ expectations!

NAME Devon Dalbock ROLE

I am the Chief Operating Officer for the Europe, Middle East, India & Africa (EMEIA) region at GLI and have been in this role since May 2023. I was previously the General Manager at GLI’s Africa office. START DATE WITH GLI I joined GLI in October 2016.

26

COUNTRY OF BIRTH I was born and raised in South Africa and lived there until June 2023. COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE I relocated to the Netherlands in 2023 and am now based in the Haarlem office. LANGUAGES I speak fluent English and Afrikaans, and I am in the process of learning Dutch. REGIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA). We have 10 offices in Europe, one in the UK, two in India, and one in Africa. EXPERTISE/BACKGROUND I have over 35 years of management level experience with organisations ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to multi-national companies, the past 17 years of which have been in the gaming industry.

HOBBIES/INTERESTS In 1989 I found myself doing weekend gigs on a radio station called Capital Radio 604 for a few years. Roll on 25 years, and I get approached to join a new radio station in Johannesburg which was largely made up of the (now older) legends I worked with at Capital Radio. And so, I spent the last eight years before relocating to the Netherlands, presenting a weekend breakfast show on HOT102.7FM. WHY DID YOU JOIN GLI? I had previously been a customer of GLI when I worked at Aristocrat and JCM, and I had always been intrigued by the work that GLI did in the industry and their independence and integrity. Naturally, I jumped at the chance to join the company when offered the role of GM Africa. WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST

ABOUT YOUR ROLE? My roles have truly been varied, and I can honestly say that no two days are the same. Te gaming industry is such an exciting and evolving industry filled with innovation, and I get to work every day with some of the smartest people I have ever met. WHAT RESPONSIBILITIES DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR ROLE? I have been lucky enough to travel extensively as part of my job, to meet with regulators and customers across Africa, India, and Europe. Certainly, a highlight for me in my career at GLI has been the opportunity to assess the Indian market and subsequently establish a GLI office in India. In the space of just one year, this office now has over 70 employees, and we have recently moved to bigger premises, which will allow us to double our headcount by the end of 2024.
