INSIGHT OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
Residency JCM Global
JCM Global marked a historical
milestone when Resorts World Las Vegas opened in 2021, with Nevada's first floor-wide deployment of JCM's FUZION
technology, creating one of the most advanced gaming floors in the world.
Las Vegas
During G2E 2023, JCM Global hosted a delegation of European operators, who were granted unprecedented access as Resorts World Las Vegas demonstrated the systems in action. JCM Global's Dave Kubajak, SVP Sales, Marketing and Operations and Payam Zadeh, General Manager EMEA and Managing Director UK, analyse the benefits of the tour and the takeaways and observations of the operators.
Payam: Dave Kubajak and his team organised a special tour of the Resorts World Las Vegas casino resort for a group of 20 visiting casino operators from Europe. Resorts World in Las Vegas uses our products exclusively, our bill validators, printers and systems technology. We have a great partnership with Genting worldwide, working with the Group in Malaysia, the Americas, the Caribbean and in Asia. It's a great alliance and they were very gracious as hosts to our European delegation as they allowed them to tour back-of-house at Resorts

World Vegas, which is an amazing location.
Dave: It's unusual for visitors to be allowed access to back-of-house due to security concerns, but the Resorts World team were open and very accommodating. Te big focus for the group was our FUZION system, which is a real- time management system that delivers impactful data regarding the operation and running of build validators and printers on the casino floor. It gives operators the ability to monitor cash in real-time on the floor, so they're aware of exactly how much money is in every machine, the status of all their peripheral equipment, and it also delivers cashless capabilities at the same time.
Payam: FUZION provides a stack of tools to manage the casino floor, and it was important to show the scale of the operation at Resorts World Las Vegas to the EMEA group. I can talk about the benefits of the system in abstract, but
showing the system in operation at scale is very powerful. Seeing is believing. It's easy for a sales guy like me to tell you how great everything is, but when an operator hears from another operator how the system benefits their operation, there's a much greater sense of legitimacy. Tere's a moment when the operator realises: "Oh, this is real."
Dave: What's amazing to me is that all of the operators on the tour wanted to share information, they wanted to understand and share best practices. It's often hard to share that kind of information within your own team, let alone with international visitors that are 'technically' competitors. You'd expect there to be barriers between the communication, the culture and all of that. However, the tour was the opposite, it was open and collaborative with everyone sharing ideas and experiences.
Payam: It's always of value to share this kind of
