Former VP Al Gore to Keynote at SEMICON West
Milpitas, CA — Former Vice President Al Gore is among those selected to give keynote presenta- tions at SEMICON West 2020, to be held from July 21 to 23 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. Al Gore is the cofounder and
chairman of Generation Investment Management and the founder and chairman of The Climate Reality Project, a nonprofit devoted to solv- ing the climate crisis. He is also a senior partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and a member of Apple, Inc.’s board of directors. Gore was elected to the U.S.
House of Representatives in 1976, 1978, 1980, and 1982, and to the U.S. Senate in 1984 and 1990. He was inaugurated as the 45th Vice President of the U.S. on January 20, 1993, and served for eight years. He is the author of the #1 New “An
