fully automated depaneling with milling and sawing. It is designed for medium- to high-volume production with a high mix of boards. Despite its small footprint, board sizes up to 11.8 x 19.7 in. (300 x 500 mm) can be processed. IPTE’s FlexMarker II is a more efficient successor
to its FlexMarker laser marking system. One feature of this new system is its integrated electrical flip unit, which is an option that allows the system to laser mark both surfaces of the board. The company’s Easy Test Handler ETH automates
in-circuit or functional test, as well as programming. The ETH is suitable for single circuit boards, multiple boards or their corresponding carri- ers. Fixtures can be changed quickly and can accommodate single or dou- ble sided fixturing.

dler for performing in-circuit tests and functional tests that are routed through the handler on transport belts. Its most valuable feature is its modularity. With IPTE’s EasyLine program for board handling of
PCBs or ceramic substrates, boards can be easily integrat- ed into production lines and production processes. Easy- Line modules are available in transport sizes of 11.8, 19.7 and 23.6 in. (300, 500 and 600 mm). Also, the company offers autonomous test cells,
which can be set up to unload PCBs from magazines, transport them to a test cell and return them to either the “pass” or “fail” magazine, depending on the test status. Magazines are exchanged by using IPTE’s AIV to
