IDENTCO Automates SMT Process Labeling
Ingleside, IL — IDENTCO is showcas- ing a complete label automation sys- tem at SMTAI 2019. The company’s labeling and high-temperature mask- ing system enables customers with SMT lines to print on-demand, small, tracking labels — down to 0.12 x 0.12 in. (3 x 3 mm) in size. The system automatically applies the labels to the printed circuit boards and components by pick-and-place. A pre-printed option is also available. The system can also be used to automatically place high-temperature die cut polyimide masks for selective solder masking.

and-place label presenter that is compatible with all major pick-and- place machines.
