Hydraulic St., has expanded. In October 2017, the restaurant took over the whole building of what used to be Freeman’s. Te remodeled west side of the building now has six new booths and two tables, all for family dining, according to Sara Cardinal, bar manager.

favorite meals, in addition to hog wings, ribs, burnt ends and bruchetta. Te most popular, Sara says, is the barbecue pork nachos. All sauces are homemade and the smoker is on-site, she says. Beginning May 19, country, jazz, acoustic, and cover


bands will be playing on the stage on the patio on the Fox River. “We are family friendly,” Sara says. “We are laid back here and we are getting bigger every year.”
