referrals,” says Stephanie. “We don’t do a lot of advertising. We get a lot of repeat business.” Stephanie says they have such customer loyalty because they are good at what they do. Tey work with all major insurance companies and they have free loan cars available. “We offer a life-time guarantee on all repairs,” she adds. Tey also are a Green business. “We use water-based paint. We try to look out for
our environment. We recycle anti-freeze, oils, anything like that.” Stephanie says that she had been working at a body
shop in Naperville, but retired when her son came into their home.
“Glen was an insurance investor, and when he bought the business, he found me. Te next day I was working. I like the industry. It’s challenging at times, but also rewarding.” She says she especially loves working in Yorkville. “It’s a good community for us.”
