Teresa Fletcher OUR STORY
• The inventor, Sheron Oakley,Assisting with Development Christianne Lumb.
•Almost 3 years ago a client and friend of Sheron&Christiannes was sadly diagnosed with breast cancer. Unfortunately the chemotherapy treatment she had to have caused hair loss.
•Our friend received a beautiful wig to use during this period however, she became conscious of her lack of eyebrow hair. It was at this point that Sheron began looking into the options available to people who had lost their eyebrow hair. It soon became apparent that there was very little available to individuals who wanted temporary, personalized 3D eyebrows.
• Sheron began her quest to create a totally natural looking, 3 dimensional.
• Two years later, Sheron had researched, sourced and developed all the products and technique required to create the ‘new brow” and Faceframe 3D was born!
FROM AN IDEA TO TREATMENT
• This posed our next challenge. How do you make ‘an idea’ a legitimate, insurable, legally recognized beauty treatment?
• BABTAC immediately saw the potential of our concept and were able to advise us on how tomove the treatment forward.
• InMay 2013, we were extremely proud to have had our treatment insured by BABATAC and our training endorsed by CIBTAC making it an internationally recognized qualification for beauty professionals.

•All of our products comply with EU cosmetic product requirements and are registered on the CPNP. Everymeasure has been taken with the testing of the products along with the consultation and patch testing process and the training that the treatment is 100%safe and that our salons and their clients have available to themthe best products on themarket.
•We uphold the codes of practice of our endorsing body CIBTAC and continually monitor training standards.
THE TREATMENT
The treatment is the application of synthetic hair directly onto the skin using a 100%skin safe Fixer which is not lash glue to create a totally natural looking eyebrow, designed to the client’s preference.

• Can be carried out on a director’s chair with the therapist working with products fromtheir
hand.This is fantastic for businesses as they do not need to book out full treatment rooms for the service.
• It is an affordable and accessible treatment for clients and cost effective for a business. It requiresminimal product for use, and ismuch more about skill of application.
•Many clients attend beauty salons/spas on at least a fortnightly bases for lash extensions, brow waxing/threading nail extensions etc, Our brows have to be one of themost important features of our face so why not have your brows perfected also.
THE FUTURE OF FACEFRAME
• In January this year we have extended our company and now have a fantastic UK distributorTeresa Fletcher founder/Director of Dermace PermanentMake upTraining Academy who have now taken sole distribution of products supply and training in the
UK.To enable us to focus on building the brand internationally. Australia&Dubia have now taken distribution.
• Since winning the BABTAC innovation award the increased response fromtherapists wanting to train in Faceframe 3d Eyebrows has been phenomenal, unfortunately it has attracted companies attempting to replica our treatment with lash glue which is not suitable for hair to skin bonding and lasts less than 24 hours. The dangers also of this are that lash glue is not safety tested for hair to skin contact and reactions are occurring. From this influx of companies trying to replicate this treatment at a cheaper price it has also brought with it calls to our company from therapists wanting to purchase our fixer of which we sadly cannot accommodate. Our Fixer is only salable to faceframe technicians who have graduated fromour BABTAC accredited training with a CIBTAC certification.
