Supporting material may also be used as evidence but the essence is essentially to produce a reflective statement about your own practice. This is where your portfolio can be used as supporting evidence that you have met these requirements.

There remain some unanswered questions regarding the re-registration process. Who will monitor the system? Will there be a compulsory element of peer review? We will endeavour to keep you informed of developments as they occur so that you may be fully prepared for the future.

of open and closed kinetic chain exercise with regards to joint biomechanics, neurolog- ical effects, muscle adaptations, and specificity of training. Emphasis is placed on the advantages, disadvantages, roles, and clinical application of both modes of exercise according to the stage of rehabilitation. Knee ligament injury, patellofemoral pain syndrome, and lateral ankle ligament injury are considered in detail.
