springs and leaves, need to be treated by shot peening. Shot peening is a process of continuous shot particle flow impacting the surface and resulting in a plastic deformation strengthening layer. The substrate surface property is strengthened by improving the fatigue and stress resistance property. The performance of LCB steel shot for peening is two times better than ordinary steel shot for peening. Application features: 1. Longer fatigue life based on high hardness, which


reduces the shot peening cost. 2.Good particle roundness, uniform particle sizes and


no breaking during usage could ensure higher shot peen- ing quality. 3. Provides better properties when used for mechani-

在钢砂的成形方面,我们采用特定尺寸的钢丸进行破 碎加工,并采用了独特的破碎工艺,使形成的钢砂颗粒饱 满,裂纹少,在使用过程能产生足够的动能,不易破碎。 3、磨料的金相组织和硬度:我们采用了的独特的等温 二次淬火+低温回火的工艺,对淬火介质和温度进行了特 别的控制,使钢丸获得了更耐冲击的贝氏体+马氏体复相 组织,更精确的热处理温度和时间控制,使磨料的硬度更 均匀。


很多企业需要对金属零部件进行表面强化处理,如齿 轮、连杆、弹簧、叶片等,喷丸强化过程是弹丸流不断冲 击金属材料表层并使表层材料发生循环塑性变形,从而形 成变形强化层的过程。经受喷丸形成很高的宏观残余压应 力,将明显地提高材料的抗疲劳和应力腐蚀性能,使材料 表面性能得到强化。


针对这一应用领域,我们研制开发了喷丸强化专用高性 能磨料,介绍如下:


低贝强化钢丸——性能优于普通强化钢丸2倍以上 应用特点:


⑴能在高硬度下保持更高的疲劳寿命,降低弹丸消耗成 本;


⑵颗粒圆度好,大小均一,使用中不破碎,能获得更高 的强化质量;


⑶应用在硬度为HRC40-50的机械零部件的喷丸强化方 面时,性价比最高。


钢丝圆丸——性能优于普通强化钢丸和钢丝切丸 应用特点:


⑴强化质量更高:能获得更理想的强化层和表面粗糙 度,显著提高被处理工件的疲劳寿命。


⑵使用寿命长:耐冲击强,能够在更快更短的时间内达 到喷(抛)丸强化,消耗更低;


⑶强化效率高:能带来更高的喷(抛)丸强度,并显著 提高喷(抛)丸效率;
