Bühler Invests in Quality 布勒投资重在质量
On May 20, Bühler China opened its new factory in Wuxi,
China, as the Chinese headquarters for the Buhler Group. Te city of Wuxi is located half an hour via “Bullet Train”
from Shanghai. China’s growth and technological develop- ment are key reasons why Bühler opened the new factory in Wuxi. Tis new facility allows Buhler to respond to the growing need of the diecasting industry in China for quality machines. To meet this demand, Bühler has invested 50 million
Swiss Francs into the new factory. “Tis shows that we believe in and are committed to the Chinese market,” said Jonathan Abbis, president of the die casting division at Büh- ler, in his speech at the manufacturing plant’s inauguration. “In building the factory, we did not compromise on a single item. In Wuxi we are producing machines of the exact same level of quality and reliability that our customers have come to expect from all Bühler machines.” Eighty guests representing around 50 companies from all
