GER – Künkel Wagner Has New Investor From China 德国昆格•瓦格纳公司迎来中国的新投资者
Te investor QME from Qingdao in China will take
over the insolvent Alfeld machine builder, Künkel-Wagner. Tis was announced by the liquidator, Christopher Seagon, yesterday evening. After already two months from the submission of the ap-
plication for insolvency, all 180 jobs have been saved in Alfeld. Te concrete buyer of the company is the Chinese Quatoan
Process Technology GmbH, a subsidiary of QME. Te acquisi- tion is effective immediately, the purchase price was not disclosed. According to Seagon, QME is able to prevail because it
has presented the best overall concept: Te German Face of Künkel and Wagner and the location Alfeld are to be retained, and the new owners have the means to successfully place the company on the market again. Kunkel-Wagner was founded in 1907 and is a market
leader in foundry plants. In early July, the company had ap- plied for the opening of insolvency proceedings. ■

据西贡先生介绍,青岛机械总公司能够获胜是因 为它提出了最佳的整体规划:KW公司继续在德国阿 尔费尔德市运营,保持其德国的制造品质,新东家 将确保公司再次上市成功。 KW公司创立于1907年,是全球知名的铸造机械 制造商。7月初,公司已经申请了破产程序。 ■
Changan Ford Transmission Plant Launched 长安福特投资变速箱工厂正式投产
Te 350 million USD invested transmission plant of Changan Ford has been put into production in Chongqing. Te new plant is Ford’s first transmission plant in Asia-
pacific area, and is a second strategic step since the engine plant launched last year. Te new plant is situated in the Liangjiang New Area in Chongqing, covering 75,000m2, and the initial output will be 400,000 units. Changan Ford engine plant is reported to have been put
into production since last June, the total investment is 500 million USD, and the expected output is 400,000 units. Te overall annual output will increase from 350,000 units to 750,000 units after its full operation. According to Changan Ford, the new plant will adopt
the advanced production process, and implement fully the production concept of “intelligent, quality first, safe and environment friendly”. For example, the plant uses the Ford MQL process to greatly reduce the need of machining and cooling system, as well as the consumption of energy. Te gear machining plant uses the “dry hobbing” technol- ogy to reduce the emission of hazardous liquid effectively. Moreover, the plant will adopt automatic process in all key manufacturing processes. With the operation of the transmission plant, integrat- ing the existing engine plant, two vehicle plants, together with the Chongqing third plant and Hangzhou plant that are to be completed, the Changan Ford industrial structure which is composed of vehicle, engine and transmission will be shaped soon. Chongqing will become the largest production base beyond Michigan in the near future. ■
长安福特汽车有限公司投资3.5亿美元的重庆变速 箱工厂今日正式投产。
新工厂为福特汽车在亚太地区的首家变速箱工厂, 是长安福特继去年发动机工厂投产之后又一战略举 措。该变速箱工厂位于重庆两江新区,占地面积7.5万 平米,初期设计产能为40万台。
据了解,长安福特发动机工厂2013年6月19日建 成投产,项目总投资5亿美元,设计产能40万台,达 产后其发动机年总产量由35万台提升至75万台。 长安福特表示,新工厂还采用先进的生产工艺, 并全面贯彻“智能、质量、安全、绿色”的生产理 念。譬如:工厂采用的福特微量润滑加工技术(MQL) 工艺标准,大大减少了机器加工冷却系统的需求,减 少了能源的使用;齿轮机加车间采用的齿轮“干滚” 技术,有效的减少了有害液体的排放。此外,工厂对 关键制造工艺均采用自动化制造工艺。 随着变速箱工厂的正式投产,整合重庆现有的发动 机工厂、两个整车工厂和即将落成的重庆第三工厂及 杭州工厂,长安福特集整车、发动机、变速箱三位一 体的产业布局正式形成。不久的将来,重庆也将成为 福特在美国密歇根州以外最大的生产基地。 ■
