ON THE STATES AGT was supplementing its ‘Reel Deal’ theme at this year’s G2E 2015 with the news that its 290,000 square foot headquarters for the Americas in Las Vegas would soon be open

The exhibition floor featured new themes such as The Sound of Music, Showgirls and Cinderella, marking Ainsworth first foray into the world of film licensees. Ainsworth will release its Sound of Music and Showgirls machines into the North American market in the fourth quarter with three more licensed games: King Kong, Cinderella and Three Amigos expected in 2016.

Overseas sales now generate 61 per cent of Ainsworth’s earnings up from 41 per cent a year ago. Revenues in North America increased by 41 per cent year-on-year whilst unit volume increased by 30 per cent. The licensed titles, the huge Americas-focussed facility and the impressive financial stats for the North American market all suggest Ainsworth is ready to mix

Len Ainsworth it with the big boys in the biggest of American markets.

North American President Mike Dreitzer said: “The new facility will serve North and South America and will employ 100 people. It will open in April and will really cement a very solid year of growth for us driven by the runaway success of our A560 SL 32 cabinet. This has accounted for 70 per cent of sales in the Americas.”

The A560 SL was exclusively designed for a highly

Besides holding the patent on the number one card-based roulette style game in the world, INAG has joined with several major gaming companies collaborate upon intellectual property to present some really unique games. Amatic was also showing the Performer Grand Arc with a three-screened version demonstrating the purposely-chosen curved design the best.

Mr. Engstberger added: “The Amatic stand was very busy throughout the three days of the show. Visitors often complimented the design of the PGA3. It is the company’s aim and focus to offer a gaming cabinet that really appeals to the eye and the feedback received at the G2E confirmed that the Amatic team has been successful here. All games are designed in- house. In this day and age where large gaming companies are merging to create giants, customers appreciate AMATIC even more as a medium-sized, family-run company that has remained true to its roots for over two decades. The G2E was a great show. In particular many visitors from Latin America came to the Amatic stand and this continent for sure represents a growth market for Amatic Industries.”

It was launching with three entertaining Order of the Dragon titles, Double Sweet Zone offers players the option to play the original ‘Sweet Zone’ for 50 credits or the ‘Double Sweet Zone’ for 50 credits plus 50 credit ante-bet.

Mr. Dreitzer added: “We’ve installed in several new states during the last year, including Arizona, Wyoming, Missouri and Mississippi and our footprint continues to grow. We expect more states with our improved service and definitely have our sights on Las Vegas. There are 100,000 slots in Nevada with lots of supply and recycle. The locals market is very different to the Strip. Customers want variety. One customer we recently worked with had 25 vendors supply his casino. There’s a huge opportunity for us here and we feel ideally placed to meet it.”
