SLOVENIA – INTERBLOCK INSTALLS IN NEW YORK Achieving another company milestone, Interblock is bringing electronic blackjack to New York State for the first time, with plans to install more than 228 incremental Organic ETG Blackjack stations on long term, multi-year deals.

Greece’s Intralot has been selected by the New Mexico Lottery as its gaming vendor to provide its lottery central system Mexico - Lotteries


Intralot, Inc., based in Duluth, GA, the North American subsidiary of Intralot Group, has been selected by the New Mexico State Lottery as its gaming vendor to provide for the implementation, operation and maintenance of the Lottery’s Gaming System including the lottery Central System and software platforms, terminal network, communications and associated gaming products.


The terminal network includes 1,200 new, state of the art Photon lottery terminals. Intralot, Inc., was initially awarded a contract by the New Mexico Lottery in 2006 and is pleased to announce that it has again been named the successful vendor pur- suant to the Lottery’s competitive proposal process.


New Mexico Lottery Director, David Barden, added: “Intralot has been a valuable partner. Their technical capabilities and innovative games have


allowed us to continue to expand our product offering with new and exciting games and distri- bution channels. With these new channels and games, we have increased our sales and player base without adversely impacting sales of other products. The new contract is for a term of eight years and will begin November 22, 2015. Under the terms of the new contract, Intralot will continue to work closely with the Lottery regarding marketing, advertising and sales initiatives.

Spain Hong Kong-based MelcoLot has confirmed that it ‘remains interested’ in the tender process to operate a casino at BCN World in Barcelona, Spain, despite having severed a deal to bid for a licence with Veremonte España SL. Veremonte is reported to have walked out on the project having missed a second funding deadline and passing control of the project to the Catalan government. MelcoLot said that ‘due to the lack of basis of further cooperation,’ the two companies had opted to terminate the 50-50 joint venture. The joint venture had gone through to the second stage of the tender. “A notice of withdrawal from the tender process was sent to the Catalan government on October 8,” Melco informed adding that the joint venture ‘will be wound up in due course.’
