We then use this knowledge to either make changes to the same game or apply this knowledge when designing new games.

Julia Barbakadze, External Relations Coordinator, DLV: It depends. Sometimes it is a tendency of just one country, while the same games may be popular in another country.

Tere are basically three scenarios. In the worst case scenario, when a game does not perform well in all regions, we just do not include it in the multi-games that follow, but we have very few such examples. aServe is an online toolset developed for the NOVO LINE Interactive multi-game platform that remotely adds new games to a multi-game set based on in-depth analysis of the machines. Operators can visualise bespoke and detailed game data across their NOVO LINE estate down to the individual machine and remotely customise a game mix to ensure it remains at optimal performance.
