In 2018/19 we intend to:


Deliver a major digital transformati on programme uti lising £5m of nati onal investment including digiti sati on of our pati ent record, capturing structured informati on at the point of care, an on- line pati ent-held record and enabling the sharing of informati on with our care partners


Develop bespoke state of the art hospice faciliti es at the Countess of Brecknock Hospice at Andover


Develop a new hospice for Winchester, on the site of Burrell House at Royal Hampshire County Hospital, to provide hospice services for the community and homecare services. Due to open in 2019 with the support of a public fundraising campaign


Open in May 2018 the enlarged facility in Basingstoke and North Hampshire’s Emergency Department to co-locate the Emergency Department, GP Streaming and Ambulatory Care.


The Candover Clinic, the private pati ent service run by Hampshire Hospitals on the


Basingstoke hospital site, conti nued to grow in 2018/19 with a signifi cant increase in income resulti ng in a net contributi on to the Trust’s NHS services. The


Candover Clinic received excellent pati ent sati sfacti on rati ngs, consistently rated above 90%, with over 100 Wow! award nominati ons for staff and four staff award winners. Candoverclinic.com
