We are committ ed to providing the best possible care for our pati ents and ensuring that their experience of our services is as positi ve as it can be. So we want people to fi nd it easy to raise their concerns with us and feel confi dent that their feedback is welcomed and taken seriously.
We want complaints to make a diff erence to the care we provide. Complaints and concerns are recorded and categorised to help us to identi fy themes and trends. Our chief executi ve personally reviews all complaints and responses.
NHS Choices allows pati ents to rate their experience at a hospital out of fi ve stars. All comments posted on the site are reviewed by the chief executi ve and sent to the relevant staff for their att enti on.
