Children’s Tea Party Royal Avenue Gardens : 4.30pm : Drop into the Royal avenue Gardens to sample a selection of delicious food nd drink from some of our lovely local suppliers and restaurants. Open to all young people who may bring a responsible adult!
Festival Feast: Fiesta Time The Guildhall, Victoria Road : 7.00 – 11.00pm : Join us to celebrate the opening of the Festival this year in a new venue. Always a huge hit, this year we will be celebrating the food of South America with a Latino feel menu and music to match. Serin and Simon of Dartmouth Fine Foods will as usual be producing a sumptuous 4 course supper giving local ingredients a Latin twist. Fish Night at Browns Hotel Browns Hotel, Victoria Road : From 7.00pm : Local fishmonger Mark Lobb will once again be recreating his fish stall in Browns Hotel. Beer and Food Matching The Guildhall, Victoria Road : 6.30 – 8.00pm : Join the Royal Castle Hotel this year for another fantastic food and beer matching event. Enjoy an evening of international street cuisine with a beer to match each course. Ankur will be taking you on a journey around the world using his knowledge of spices and exotic flavours to seamlessly complement the flavours in your glass. ankur is passionate about using local produce in his dishes so there will definitely be some local treats for everyone to enjoy!
