Water’s Edge Events Center opened in mid-2013, and offers high quality audio-visu- al capabilities, meeting space equipped with advanced network, teleconferencing, and more. The facility has been designed specifically as a host venue for banquets, conferences, trade shows, special events and weddings. With its state-of-the-art audio-visual capabilities and exceptional catering services, it overlooks the scenic Bush River along the I-95 corridor between Baltimore and Wilmington, Delaware.


It is 30 minutes north of Baltimore, less than five minutes from the Main Gate of the newly repurposed U.S. Army’s Aberdeen Proving Grounds and about an hour from Washington, DC and Philadelphia. The center’s exclusive partner, and one of the top caterers in the Mid-Atlantic, Beechtree Catering, tailors menus to any meeting or occasion, from a teleconference for eight to a reception for 800.


Harford County is just 25 miles north- east of Baltimore along I-95 and the shores of the scenic Chesapeake Bay. The vibrant area features three munici- palities – Aberdeen, Bel Air and Havre de Grace – each offering visitors a unique experience.

Historic Havre de Grace, located on the banks of the Susquehanna River, is a charming waterfront community rich with history and maritime heritage. Bel Air, located in the “heart of Harford,” is the County Seat, presenting visitors with big city convenience in a small town atmosphere. Picturesque parks, rambling Victorians, cordial pubs, and charming boutiques welcome visitors to its tree-lined Main Street. Trendy stores, a newly renovated Harford Mall, and restaurant chains fuse with farmer’s mar- kets and local craftsman to offer a wide variety of cuisine, gifts and experiences.


Picturesque Northern Harford County is home to sprawling horse farms, ram- bling hills and expansive woodscapes. This immense natural area has been largely preserved for agriculture. Here, visitors can hike in Rocks State Park, take a farm tour and pick the fruits of the season.


Fiore Winery in Pylesville invites visitors to their vineyard to taste internationally award-winning wines. Outdoor festivals and events take place seasonally.


Western Harford County, bordered by Baltimore County, offers sophisticated boutiques, fine dining, and several renowned attractions, including the historic Ladew Topiary Gardens and the Jerusalem Mill Village, which is an 18th- and 19th-century preserved community located in Gunpowder Falls State Park.

Visit Eden Mill Nature Center and Anita Leight Estuary Center for excellent childrens programming and birding by canoe or kayak.


Ma & Pa Heritage Trail follows the county’s former railroad corridor, with sites in Bel Air, Forest Hill and Fallston.


Applewood Farm offers seasonal fun, from pot bellied pigs to live reindeer, train rides and hayrides. Harford County also is peppered with farm- ers’ markets for buying local beef, cheeses, produce, flowers and more.


A popular sports destination, Aberdeen is home to the Aberdeen Proving Ground, the Army Ordnance Museum, and the childhood home of Cal Ripken, Jr. Here visitors will find Ripken Stadium, the Aberdeen IronBirds, and the Ripken Sports Complex. Harford County offers additional sporting attractions like Bulle Rock Golf Course, five public golf courses, plus national lacrosse and soccer events at the 13 field Cedar Lane Sports Complex.
