A Day for Spots - The 10th Anniversary of Happy Dal-loween, a Fall Festi-Dal was at Lake Park in Tampa on Saturday, October 12. Everyone was welcome to help Dalmatian Rescue of Tampa Bay raise much-neeed funds for their biggest event of the year. Dogs and their humans dressed up for the occasion. Live music was provided by Paul & Dave, and classic firetrucks were on display for the picture perfect backdrop. Dalmatian Rescue of Tampa Bay is a 501(C) non-prof- it organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming Dalmatians and Dalmatian mixes facing euthanasia in Florida high-kill facilities. They are in desperate need of foster homes. If you would like to help out the Spots, please contact Pat Hose at pat@DalRescueTampaBay.org. (Left): Lily and Pearl are ready for the look-alike contest. Stride for Strays - It was the mother of all tailgating parties as Animal Coalition of Tampa hosted their 13th Annual Stride for Strays. This year’s event was moved to Raymond James Stadium. Plenty of vendors, a Craft Beer Oktoberfest Tent, live music, dock diving and the Doggie Fun Zone. The event raised right around $20,000 to help ACT continue to provide quality, affordable

spay/neuter services for those who may not otherwise be able to afford it.The clinic is located at 502 North Gilchrist Avenue, Tampa. 813.250.3900. - www.ACTampa.org.
