A Toast to Our Dogs.
Richard Gonzmart, fourth generation family member of Florida’s oldest restaurant The Columbia, and his daughter, fifth generation family mem- ber Andrea Gonzmart, have created Enzi Chardonnay from Napa Valley to help fund a cure for canine cancer.

wine is named after Andrea Gonzmart’s beloved German Shepherd Dog, who died recently of cancer after 10 months of treatment. During those 10 months, Andrea faithfully drove Enzi from Tampa to Gainesville for treatment at the University of Florida’s Small Animal Hospital. She often stayed in a hotel for a week at a time so Enzi could be with her. Enzi’s passing strengthened Richard
and Andrea Gonzmart’s ongoing com- mitment to help find a cure for cancer in humans and animals. In tribute to Enzi’s memory, $5 of every bottle of Enzi Chardonnay sold will be donated to UF’s Small Animal Hospital for oncolo- gy research. The wine is created by Select Napa
Valley Vineyards, and the vintage showcas- es the best of the Napa Valley: Half of the fruit came from Yountville, 24 percent from the southern Napa Valley, 14 per- cent from Carneros and 11 percent from Rutherford. Enzi Chardonnay wine sells for $10

moved to create Rusty Red after his German Shepherd Dog Rusty became very ill. He took Rusty to UF’s Small Animal Hospital. “The oncologists were so kind.
Through their patience, along with their excellent facility, we found out Rusty did not have cancer. He was diagnosed with an aspergillus fungal infection,” Gonzmart said. Today Rusty is receiving medications to control the infection, and is doing much better. Richard and Andrea Gonzmart are
proud to add these private label wines to the extensive wine collection offered at The Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City. The restaurant, with its 240-plus page wine list, has been recognized by many of Spain’s leading winemakers.
