www.swimmingpoolnews.co.uk NEW AQUASOLE MASSAGE JETS FROM COAST

Massage has been developing for over 5,000 years and it has proven to enhance function, aid in the healing process and promote relaxation and wellbeing. Coast Spas hasn't been around quite that long, but spending as little as 20 minutes a day in a Coast Spas hot tub can help you achieve these same results as well as a much healthier and happier life. Recently the Coast’s team of engineers have been working on how they can specifically target the feet to provide the ultimate foot massage.

The AquaSole Massage System is made up of two large jets located in the foot well of many Coast Spa models. Together, they provide a

gentle and rhythmatic massage from the top of the toes, through the arch and to the bottom of the heels. Users simply press their feet

DARLLY EUROPE LAUNCHES REVOLUTIONARY SILVERSTREAM FILTER RANGE

Darlly SilverStream antimicrobial protection is based on silver ion technology and has been in development and testing for two years.

This technology is incorporated within the filter end caps and uniquely, the EasyStream core of their new SilverStream spa filter cartridge range. The inclusion of Reemay’s Microban® antimicrobial filtration fabric makes the SilverStream the most advanced filter cartridge available.

Microban® technology is exclusively available in Reemay® filtration fabric, it is infused into the fabric during the manufacturing process and becomes part of the molecular structure. The silver technology works continuously to provide an added level of defence that keeps the filter cleaner between services and continuous built-in antimicrobial protection for the expected lifetime of the filter cartridge.

Hot water is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria, with filter surfaces the perfect ‘home’ for water-borne bacteria, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This particularly nasty pathogen requires water at a temperature of about 37°C and a surface on which to live,

normally within the bio-film of spa pipe work or your spa filter. Darlly SilverStream with Microban technology ensures such bacteria will not survive on the surface of the filter, or within the core or end-cap. Additionally this anti-bacterial technology will also ensure the elimination of other bacteria, mould or fungi which can often lead to stains, odours and the general deterioration of a filter.

Whilst Microban will not give protection against bacteria within the water (you still need a chlorine/bromine sanitiser), Darlly SilverStream ensures a cleaner, safer and longer lasting cartridge filter. Phil Moseley, of Filter4Spas said: “There is a real demand for Reemay® products with added Microban. Darlly have taken this filtration media and applied their own silver ion technology to provide the most advanced antimicrobial filter cartridge available.”

SilverStream antimicrobial technology is safe, natural and sustainable.

against these jets and let the gentle swirling water action work all the areas of their feet.

Users can move on to the powerful

high flow volcano jet and water stream that it provides by simply moving their feet over and they will receive a totally different massage. These two very different jets and hydrotherapy patterns work together as an integrated system. By moving feet back and forth, within minutes, tired and sore feet will be rejuvenated.

All jets are adjustable and an easy- to-use water diversion controller means users can set and get the perfect massage for their feet.

Key benefits to the trade of the scheme include: • A great US-built product, backed with a complete turn-key custom marketing package.

• Promotes a dealer’s brand and closes out their competitors.

• Allows a dealer to set their own pricing for the product.

• Prevents a dealer’s competitors from benefiting from their marketing.

• Consumers can’t Google a dealer’s competitors for price.

• Promotes and builds a dealer’s brand to their target market.

• A dealer doesn’t have to order spas in a container-load at a time to benefit from own-branding.

• Allows a dealer their own-brand and allied marketing materials at a fraction of the cost.

• Kudos of an own-branded spa range!

development: “Our first continental Brand2Go customer is in the south east of France. This has meant further customising of the brochure and sales presenter etc. than we’ve done thus far in as much as we had them translated into French. Luckily, this wasn’t a problem for us as we have fluent French speaking staff at our Felixstowe warehouse and logistics centre.”

Spa Crest Europe continues to garner interest from new dealers looking to leverage their own brand in the UK and are looking forward to opening up new markets in other countries in Europe.
