he Rotary Club of Hornchurch and Upminster took part in


Hornchurch Christmas Cracker Event on the 26th. November.


t was the first opportunity to parade our newly refurbished Christmas float and what a fine sight it was.


pecial thanks goes to Jim Haines for getting the work done and we


should now have a float that will last for at least another ten years or so. It looked good in the daylight but at night with the lights on it looked spectacular.


W


ell done to all the Rotarians who attended the event and


shook buckets, your efforts were worthwhile as we collected £236-25p which made it worth the effort.
