Innovative thalassotherapy centre opens in Cabourg
France: Thalazur Group has unveiled its latest 50m hotel and 3,000sqm thalassotherapy centre

in Normandy in France. Located less than two hours from Paris in Cabourg, known for its Anglo-Norman architecture, the Thalssotherapy and Spa Thalazur Cabourg is situated on the seafront. Designed with a contemporary feel by architect
Xavier Cartron from Cabinet C Design, the property is the 7th thalasso destination from the Thalazur Group. It’s thalassotherapy centre includes a 290sqm marine fi tness circuit, based around a seawater pool
heated to 32°, as well as a relaxation area, a sauna, and two hammams.
A comprehensive menu of seawater-based treatments using Thalazur-branded products are offered in the centre’s 37 treatment rooms, which have a maximum capacity of 200 guests per day. A separate 200sqm beauty and treatment area uses products from Terraké, Thalgo and SkinCeuticals and includes 10 treatment rooms for the application of face and body therapies.

European resort will be a fi rst for One&Only
Montenegro: Kerzner International has joined forces with Triangle Development to unveil plans for the fi rst One&Only resort in Europe.
Located at the narrowest part of the entrance to Tivat Bay (pictured left), overlooking a 1.2km stretch of coastline, One&Only Montenegro will have 150 guest bedrooms and villas as well as a large health spa, a residential component, a marina and a range of dining options. Chairman of Kerzner International, Sol Kerzner, said: “Montenegro is perfect for the fi rst One&Only experience in Europe. The location is remarkable and I’m looking forward to designing and managing this new, world-class resort.” Branimir Gvozdenovic, Montenegro’s minister of sustainable development and tourism, added: “I am extremely gratifi ed to have an operator such as One&Only choosing Montenegro for their entry into Europe. Projects like this mean a lot to Montenegro, bringing world-class standards, new employment opportunities and incredible experiences to the destination.”
